Television celebrity and Chopped Champion, Chef Dafna Mizrahi, is a rising star in the culinary world. Trained at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America, her goal and dream all along was to one day have a restaurant of her own to share her love for cooking and food. Well, that dream has come true and so much more. She is the Executive Chef and Manager of Monte's Kitchen in Amenia, NY.
